Santrina Fletcher is a dedicated healthcare professional with a comprehensive educational background, holding an Associate of Science in Surgical Technology, a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and associate’s, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees in nursing. Her career spans roles as a nurse practitioner, entrepreneur, and oncology nutrition consultant, all of which reflect her commitment to improving the lives of others, particularly those impacted by cancer.
A cancer survivor and thriver herself, Santrina has witnessed the profound impact of the disease on her family and friends. This deeply personal connection drives her to help others on their cancer journey. She believes it is unacceptable that so many face a cancer diagnosis and has made it her God-given mission to empower others in their battle.
As the Chair of the Santrina Strong Foundation, Santrina is passionate about providing local cancer patients with tools to optimize their fight. Her approach integrates modern medicine, personalized nutrition, and holistic therapies. She envisions expanding the foundation’s services from the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area to a nationwide scale in the coming years.
Santrina finds peace and joy in traveling to places with water, such as lakes and oceans, where she can escape the chaos of daily life. She also loves dancing and choreographing routines, which allow her to express creativity.

Rob Trump
Mortgage Loan Originator at Stockton Mortgage
Rob is an experienced mortgage loan originator. He helps individuals and families reach their dream of owning a home. Rob works at the Erlanger, Kentucky branch, and he has a lot of experience, and uniquely offers a personal touch to the mortgage process.
Rob is passionate about faith, family, and golf. His core values—treating others as he wants to be treated and always being honest—guide his work and personal life. He ensures that every borrower, regardless of loan size, receives the same level of attention and dedication.
Cancer affected Rob’s life with the passing of his grandfather (colon cancer), the passing of his mother (lung cancer – Never smoked), and his mother – in – law (pancreatic cancer).
After learning of Santrina’s diagnosis, and her request to team up with Santrina Strong, it was an easy “YES” for him. F@%& cancer!!!
Rob is heading up the fundraising committee, brings some logic, laughs, and ideas to the group.

Renee Collins

Renee Collins is an accomplished advertising professional with 20 years of experience as an Account Executive at LocaliQ, a digital marketing agency under the Gannett/USA Today Network. Renee has developed expertise in managing key accounts, creating strategic advertising campaigns, and fostering strong client relationships.
Renee’s journey with cancer began in March 2020 when she was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 40. She is also deeply connected to the cause through her younger brother, who lives with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. These experiences have shaped her passion for advocating holistic therapies and emphasizing the power of nutrition in improving physical and mental health.
As the Head of Marketing for the Santrina Strong Foundation, Renee is committed to promoting and growing the foundation to support as many individuals as possible in their battles against cancer. Leveraging her professional expertise in strategic planning and community engagement, Renee aims to expand the foundation’s impact and provide valuable insights as a survivor. She is particularly passionate about planning events that unite people for the foundation’s mission.

Her aspiration is to expand its reach, empowering more individuals to access holistic therapies and educational resources. Renee is committed to building a strong community of survivors and advocates who can share their experiences and offer mutual support.

Jewel Buckley

Jewel M. Buckley is an accomplished professional with a diverse career spanning roles in real estate, sales, and court stenography. She is a licensed agent with certifications in ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource). Her educational background includes studies at Highland Park Community College. Jewel has held positions such as FBI Court Stenographer, Inside and Outside Sales Representative at Kinduell Screen Products, and Outside Sales Representative at Harbor Graphics. Currently, she serves as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Realty in Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky.
Jewel has also contributed to her community through leadership roles, including serving on the Junior Board and as a past member of the Coldwell Banker Foundation, showcasing her dedication to giving back.
As a two-time cancer survivor, Jewel has a deeply personal connection to the cause. Denise Coop holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering (BSMSE) from Kettering University. Her professional experience is complemented by a passion for helping others, particularly those impacted by cancer. Santrina personally invited Denise to join the board, recognizing her compassion and drive to make a difference in the lives of those affected by this disease.
Denise has a deeply personal connection to the fight against cancer. She lost her sister, Sharron, to brain cancer in 2009, and her sister-in-law, Cathy, to ovarian cancer in 2014. Additionally, many of her friends and family have been negatively affected by cancer. These heartbreaking experiences have ignited a desire in Denise to help others battling this disease. When Santrina shared her vision to help cancer patients through oncology nutrition, Denise knew she had to be part of it. She is fully committed to the foundation’s mission and the positive impact it will have on countless lives.
Denise’s role on the board is centered on supporting the foundation’s initiatives to provide hope and educate individuals about the power of nutrition in fighting cancer. She believes that by making clean, informed choices, cancer patients can significantly improve their health outcomes.
